Great Company and excellent customer service
They have a brilliant app which works perfect for what I need it for, to check my balances, loans and savings. Also customer service is second to none. I've made three requests for loans. Two approved, one rejected. All three considered with speed, ease and friendly people working the case from the processors to decision makers. They are also a transparent and extremely fair/competitive credit union. I have and would continue to recommend to anyone who wants savings or a fair loan.
It is awful, i have waited up to an hour and still can't log in!
